MOVING? ... You have to trust all your worldly possessions to some company and hope they deliver them back to you when you want them, where you want them, and within a reasonable price range. Sometimes, it can feel like you are being held hostage. It's been rated as the third most highly pressured experience next to going to jail or getting married.
Be careful in selecting a mover. Start by asking friends who they may have used and had good experiences. Don't stop there. Every mover has done both good and bad moves, so check further. Your local 'Better Business Bureau' should be a must. Make sure you deal with a reputable firm. Never use a mover who's main source of advertising are signs posted on trees and telephone poles.

A home inspection is an objective visual analysis of a home's structure and systems. An inspection will determine the areas of a home that are not performing properly, as well as items that are beyond their useful life or are unsafe. Inspections include areas of the home's interior and exterior, from the roof to the foundation and the exterior drainage and retaining walls. If problems or symptoms are found, the inspector may recommend further evaluation. A home inspection is a visual inspection to determine problems or conditions that exist at the time of the inspection. A home inspection is not a warranty. A warranty can be obtained separately.
